This is how every new department joins the system. The dashboard is modular — adding a department is a drop-in, no rebuild.
03-Finance/ in Dropbox + UploadsAnnual appraisal scores (2014–2024) for all HR/GR staff are below, straight from the appraisal workbook. System KPIs (task completion, on-time %, resolution speed, escalations) layer on top automatically as the Tasks engine runs.
